How to Add and Send Payment Links

There are several ways to send your payment link to a client so they can pay online. You can send it directly from CPACharge or from the Quick Bill feature, or you can copy and paste the link from CPACharge into your personal email and invoices.

To send the link directly from CPACharge:

  1. Log in to your account at CPACharge.com

  2. Click “Charge” on the left

  3. Click “Send Link”

  4. Enter your client’s email and type a new subject or body message, if needed

  5. Click “Send”







To add a link to your personal email or invoices:
 

  1. Log in to your CPACharge account at CPACharge.com

  2. Click “Charge” on the left side

  3. Click the “Actions” tab, and click “Show and Copy Page Link”

  4. Copy your link by either holding CTRL+C or Command+C on your keyboard, or by highlighting your link and right-clicking your mouse to copy

  5. From there, open your personal email or invoice and paste the link by either holding CTRL+V or Command+V on your keyboard, or by right-clicking your mouse to paste
